The Mesquite Royals 9U is more than a competitive baseball team—we are a family built on development, discipline, and character.
We compete at a high level while emphasizing fundamentals, baseball IQ, and strong work ethic. Our coaches focus on developing confident, accountable athletes who understand teamwork, respect, and the value of hard work. We strive to create a supportive environment where players grow as competitors and individuals, preparing them for the next level both on the field and in life.
Coaching with standards
We are different because we coach with standards. Our program emphasizes accountability, fair coaching, and team-first baseball. Players earn opportunities through effort and growth, not favoritism, and are taught to compete with confidence, discipline, and respect for the game.
Preparing for the future
Our biggest hope is that each player leaves the Mesquite Royals 9U more confident, disciplined, and prepared both as a baseball player and as a young person. We want them to understand the value of hard work, accountability, and being part of a team. Whether they continue playing baseball or not, our goal is for them to carry the lessons learned here resilience, respect, and self belief into the next level and into life.
